THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES, TBA: Although the exhibits will continue to be displayed at Southeast's Washington High School for the next few weeks, Sunday was the "real" last day of PICA's Time Based Art Festival. And what better way than to wrap things all up than with pancakes. Spotted in the crowd were a few of TBA's stars, including Executive Director Victoria Frey and the creative genius who powered this awesome machine, Guest Artistic Director Cathy Edwards.
